It’s comical to think of leaders who believe they own human intellectual property. I think history has shown us that every culture is capable of genius and that intellectual prosperity has no border. Leaders may try and monopolize the human capacity for knowledge and vision, however, I doubt that dinosaur will stand the test of time. Only death and suffering will ensue on the road to protectionism.
