Is this a future of money?? Maybe a ‘Pokemon-Go’ like video game where people contribute money and go on a virtual Treasure Hunt? Seems sad and realistic.
The realistic aspect is that we have the capable technology - here and now. (It wouldn’t be difficult to create a virtual gambling world where participants contribute real money into real accounts searching for virtual piles of cash). The sad part is thinking about how much real poverty and suffering exists in the world while some people could (theoretically) trade fortunes playing a virtual treasure hunt in their pajamas.
